01. Auto Electrician Foreman

Summary of Role:
  • Monitor and coordinate auto electrician dalily activities to ensure electric work is performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with companys standard and policies.
Requirements:
  1. Proactive safety attitude
  2. Min. 3 years experiences as a electrician
  3. Min. High School degree
  4. Understand and ability in installing the electrical installation.
  5. Familiar in electrical equipment, any cable sizes, and wire that commonly used in electrical installing.
Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and supervise electrician activities regarding tools requirement, sparepart, and consumable goods and also manpower planning in establishment, maintenance, and repairement of Site..
  2. Responsible in maintain and repair electrician system in Site/Project.
  3. Check and examine all electrical location and equipment such as generators and heaters for safety and economizing by using test equipment standard and observe its function.
  4. Conduct formal annual performance review all direct reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, training needs and agreeing upon goals for the future.
  5. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counselling as required for all direct reports.
  6. Prepare and submitt reporting required by BMP in a timely manner.
  7. Communicate and Monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this respect.

  9. Review and analyze of failure to plant, monitor degradation and report pending equipment failure for compilation into backlog.

02. Auto Electrician Supervisor

Summary of Role:
  • Supervise site auto electrical activities to ensure repairs / maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner that conform to quality of work and standards that optimises availability.
  • Ensure safety awareness and compliance in accordance with PTP company regulations, by implementation and regular follow up of PTP golden rules and policies, (to be administered and monitored to ensure safety of personnel and company property).
  • Ensure maintenance work instructions are performed technically correct and in a safe efficient manner, following all safety precautions, SOPs / JHAs and environmental / contamination control systems, implemented by company.
  • Clearly instruct manpower under direct control, consistent with PTP and correct OEM maintenance standards, to achieve high equipment availability.
  • Staff monitoring and development within the direct areas of responsibility and relevant departments.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to assist with achieving KPIs / “mean time targets” as set down by PTP management, examples: mean times to first stoppage after repairs, mean times to repairs, etc.
  • Brief subordinates at tool box meeting.
  • Review and assist with development and preventative measures, for repeat or ongoing failure trends within relevant department areas, examples; inadequate PM practices, incorrect parts used, incorrect repair procedures, incorrect adjustments, and quality issues with parts supplied.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and control compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability.
  2. Supervise and monitor / communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner.
  3. Review and prepare and submit relevant reporting tasks required in a timely manner, example; review and ensure correct details on work orders and regularly submit to planners for closing, ensure backlog parts are ordered, vendor time sheets and job cards are accurate.
  4. Supervise, communicate and monitor safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations. Lead by good example in this area and show high standards of commitment to safety and surrounding environment..
  5. Review and analyse failures to plant by monitoring of trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occurring.
  6. Supervise and ensure work order information is processed in accordance with EAM print outs and tasks listed.
  7. Assist superintendent with issuing disciplinary action and verbal counselling with all direct subordinates.
  8. Assist maintenance superintendent with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term execution plans.
  9. Supervise area of responsibility with ongoing staff development, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring for all direct reports, (ensure good work environment and morale).
  10. Supervise auto electrical foremen activities to ensure work is mechanically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner.
  11. Examine and investigate all time variances from targets projected on work orders, avoiding losses, in both cost and time consumed.
  12. Monitor PM service schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules.
  13. Proactively identify defects found and register them via work requests in order to have appropriate and prompt action.
  14. Diagnose failure symptoms and determine electrical maintenance requirements necessary to effectively and efficiently rectify them.
  15. Monitor and control electrical activities regarding special tooling requirements, spare parts and consumable goods.
  16. Supervise / monitoring regular electrical inspections of systems, examples, fatigue alarms, Fire suppression systems, brake and retarder warning systems, etc
  17. Supervise the maintenance & inspection of auto electrical tools and equipment.
03. Electric Foreman

Summary of Role:

04. Graduate HSE Officer

Summary of Role:
  • Supporting and assist the HSE Corporate/Project Team in implementation and operation of HSE Management System in daily basis.
  • The graduate HSE will gain valuable experience in all HSE area based on a pre-determined rotation program.
Requirements:
  1. Min. Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environment Engineering.
  2. Have min GPA of 2.75 out of 4 scale.
  3. Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
  4. Willing to work in a remote area
  5. Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Able to use Microsoft Office programs
  7. Must be prepared to develop industry skills and

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist HSE Team to maintain, update and implemented Government Regulation related to project operation.
  2. Prepare reporting in incident event in order to assist HSE Team in reporting incident injury event at project
  3. Assist and involve with HSE Team to conduct investigation for incident injury event or another event with high risk consequence in order to gain experience in conducting investigations.
  4. Assist HSE Team in managing the HAZOB (collecting, follow up action, register and train employee in develop good quality hazard observation)
05. HSE Environmental Coordinator

Summary of Role:
  • Coordinate to maintain, monitor and review all environmental issue in company’s project locations to ensure that all company’s operation are harmless and harmonious with the environment conform with companys HSE policies, government environmental regulation, ISO 14001:2004 standard and client requirements.
Requirement:
  1. Min. Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Environmental Engineer
  2. Min. 5 years experiences in Environmental positions
  3. Possess a certification of Internal Auditor
  4. Attend to trainings or certifications related environmental issues
  5. Good communication / presentation skill
  6. Fluent in English
  7. Willing to work beyond office hour as and when required
  8. Willing to travel to all site projects as required
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and review form or procedure related Environmental into HSE MS to ensure all form and procedures are update, valid and in line with the current situations.
  2. Coordinate and manage licence, permit and environmental legislation requirements to ensure all license required by legislation related to environmental aspect are complied.
  3. Coordinate with project HSE Superintendent in conducting environmental risk assessment/aspect impact (identified and evaluate environmental hazard) based on project operation (mining, engineering & construction, POSB)
  4. Provide environmental programs calendar topic for Environmental issues and distribute to project site in order to promote Environmental awareness and training to Petrosea Employee.
  5. Coordinate timely report preparation for internal and external purpose such as Environmental Summary Monthly Reporting and regular report to government to ensure all report are reliable and submitted in timely manner.
  6. Set up, manage, implement and continuous improvement the performance of ISO 14001 system in order to maintain and enhance the overall Environmental Management System.
  7. Coordinate regularly Environmental internal and external audit for all Project site Petrosea, follow up audit finding and develop gap analysis in order to develop, improve and monitor the implementation of Environmental Management Plan and other relevant environmental documentation for all Petrosea Project
  8. Coordinating and monitor the performance of environmental activities such as Green House Gasses program for all sites with all management project for carbon trading and encouraging environmental awareness with other/all departments
06. Maintenance Foreman

Summary of Role:
  • Monitor and coordinate mechanics daily activities to ensure mechanic work is performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with companys standard and policies.
Requirements:
  1. Proactive safety attitude
  2. Min. 3 years experience as a mechanic
  3. Min. High School degree
Responsibilities:
  1. Implement short term detailed mine execution plans using the BMP (Business Mining Petrose) process and provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control in achieving the long term mine plan.
  2. Monitor and communicate maintenance rectification instructions to subordinates in a clear and defined manner to ensure that rectification instructions are well implemented.
  3. Prepare and submit reporting required by BMP in timely manner.
  4. Communicate and monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this respect.
  5. Review and analyze of failure to plant, monitor degredation and report pending equipment failure for compilation into backlog.
  6. Monitor and maintain Work Order (WO) to ensure Work Order information is processed in accordance with BMP.
07. Maintenance Planner

Summary of Role:
  • Plan, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities pertaining to the project plant and equipment in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.
Requirements:
  1. Work Flexible hours to accommodate the Job requirements
  2. Min. 1 years previous experiences as Maintenance Planner
  3. Min. Diploma degree in any major
  4. Willing to be placed in all project locations
  5. Good command in English verbal and written
  6. Excellent computer skill
  7. Familiar with maintenance engineering software.
Responsibilities:
  1. Work with Maintenance Superintendent to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) plans by the Senior Mining Engineer with consideration to the work backlog and required resources to enhance the operational efficiency.
  2. Plan and implement short term detailed mine execution plans using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control in term of achieving the long term mine plan.
  3. Review defect notices and work requests in order to develop work backlogs.
  4. Prepare and monitor the implementation of Shutdown planning in order to ensure all resources and materials are on hand when required.
  5. Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Maintenance Superintendent in order to maintain data accuracy.
  6. Originate, monitor and control requests for parts and resources in order to ensure they are available when required and without contributing to “overstock” and unnecessary storage of parts.
  7. Support and advise Warehouse Controller regarding to stock level availability in order to determine accurate minimum and maximum stock levels.
  8. Record and documented all maintenance event in order to ensure all maintenance events are recorded accurately.
08. Maintenance Supervisor

Summary of Role:
  • Monitor and supervise site maintenance activities to ensure maintenance activities are conducted in a save and timely manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.
Requirements:

  3. Prepare and submit the regular report required by BMP to ensure report is submitted in timely manner.
  4. Supervise Maintenance Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner.
  5. Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed.
  6. Monitor PM schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules.
  7. Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action.
  8. Diagnose failure symptoms and determine maintenance requirements necessary to effectively and efficiently rectify them.
09. Mining Estimator Superintendent
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Summary of Role:
  • Identify potential business development opportunities and design in Mining and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability.
Requirements:
  1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  2. Having minimal 5 (five) years exposure in Mining industry
  3. Min. 5 years experience in similiar field
  4. Knowledge of legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
  5. Good communication and networking capability
Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in mining areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals.
  2. Monitor and control market reserach or analysis of projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
  3. Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organisationss products and services.
  4. Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation’s business interest.
  5. Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organisation and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
  6. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure the projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
  7. Lead, direct, evaluate and review work done by mining estimator to get most accurate and competitive price to be submitted to potential client but still giving company a proper margin as stated in company policy.
10. Mining Superintendent

Summary of Role:
  • Monitor and control mining operation in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company’s project safety and environmental policy.
Requirements:
  1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining
  2. Min. 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production).
  3. Fluent in English, written and verbal
  4. Familiar with mining software
  5. Good communication and leadership skill
  6. Willing to be placed in all company location
  7. Excellent computer skill
  8. Certified in POP (hold POM certificate will be a plus)
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and monitor mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan.
  2. Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
  3. Support and monitor the implementation of long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process, provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control achieving the long term mine plan.
  4. Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
  5. Maintain communication and coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance in order to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
  6. Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
  7. Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
11. Payroll Officer
(Placement : Kalimantan Timur)

Summary of Role:
  • Perform and execute staff monthly payroll process in order to ensure all staff monthly salary paid to their bank account on schedule,conform with their entitlement and all regulation.
Requirements:
  1. Min Diploma Degree from any major.
  2. Min 2 years experienced in dealling with payroll.
  3. Familiar with UNIX Paytrack or any other payroll system being used currently and needy to improve it time to time
  4. Willing to work extended office hours as and when required.
  5. Posses strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents.
  7. Negotiation skill.
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage data entry of remuneration package information onto payroll system to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
  2. Monitor and manage reconciliation of payroll accounts, astek, taxation etc.
  3. Prepare journal entries for monthly booking of payrolls.
  4. Monitor and manage final payments to employees including retirement, retrenchment, resignation and termination.
  5. Ensure records are maintained for all payroll transactions.
  6. A Deal with questions and complaints from employees on payroll issues.
  7. Arrange collection of cash and supervise distribution of pay packets
  8. Calculate employees provisions (Lebaran Bonus, Annual Leave, Termination Pay and Long Service Leave).
12. Quality Coordinator
(Placement: Tanjung Batu)

Summary of Role:
  • Interprets and implements quality assurance standards in POSB, to review quality assurance standards, studies existing POSB policies and procedures, and to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
Requirements:
  1. Willing to travel to companys sites
  2. Good communication in both English and Bahasa(verbal and written)
  3. Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools(e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Screcard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
  4. Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  5. Min. 3 years of relates experiences.
Responsibilities:
  1. To establish and maintain Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan (POP) and other QA/QC documentation,plan and implement project inspection and source QA/QC personnel to fill in the roles iin order to promote the implementation of quality management system.
  2. To maintain and monitor the quality standard certification (ie. ISO 9001) implementation and hold a role as a management representative to ensure quality standard conformance in the company.
  3. To prepare and monitor the implementation of internal quality audit program to ensure the quality adherence.
  4. To advise on changes and modification in quality policies/procedures and their implementation, provides training, tools and techniques to enable others in achieving quality standard.
  5. To establish, review and communicate quality timely report for internal and external purpose in order to ensure accurate and reliable report in timely manner.
  6. To support HSE programs and implementations including Enviromental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
13. Senior Mining Engineer

Summary of Role:
  • Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.
Requirements:
  1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  2. Min. 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
  3. Fluent in English, written and verbal
  4. Willing to be placed in all companys locations or Jakarta
  5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the days work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
  2. Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
  3. Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
  4. Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
  5. Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
  6. Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
  7. Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.

  3. Supervise service foreman activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner.
  4. Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed.
  5. Monitor PM schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules.
  6. Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have and appropriate and prompt action.
  7. Diagnose failure symptoms and determine service requirments necessary to effectively and efficiently rectify them.
17. Specialist Trainer (Crane & Rigging)

Summary of Role:
  • Providing special training to all sites especially in all Crane and Rigging and also continues improving operation technique.
Requirement:
  1. Have experience in Mining and equipment such as Crane and Rigging
  2. Has proficient knowledge about the mining process
  3. Good communication in English & Computer literate
  4. Good presentation and leadership skill.
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Crane and Rigging training to all Petroseas sites and improve the operation technique.
  2. Analyse present Crane and Rigging operating system and improving it.
  3. Proactive with HSE in investigating issues connected with incident that caused by equipment miss operating.
  4. Coordinate and liaise with training superintendent in order to arrange training on site.
  5. Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures.
18. Store Supervisor

Summary of Role:
  • Provide Leadership to control and supervise store personnel to ensure all systems procedures are adhered to and achieve, safe and efficient cost effective manner, in order to provide support of deliver a good practice to the Parts and Materials Management process which conform to business ethics and company’s procedures , Implementation of appropriate duties of any employee store.
Requirements:
  1. Seven years experience in a warehousing environment within mining sector or at least 3 years at the supervisor level.
  2. Mechanical Engineering Background is more preferable.
  3. Familiar with Computer & good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP.
  4. Good in written & oral communication skills in English with a good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
Responsibilities:
  1. Exercises, directs, and ensures a safe work environment in the warehousing area at all times. To ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices.
  2. Ensuring that all inventories are properly managed and that all inventory items are assigned to the correct line item when received or distributed. Accurate records are kept relating to materials movement and that adequate stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs.
  3. Calculates and plans daily and monthly ordering requirements of inventory stock items which include fuel reconciliation. Works closely with user departments to assure that inventory items reflect actual needs and are in accordance with standards and specifications.
