PT. Istana Karang Laut requiring a candidate for position:


Responsible:

• Review new inquiry / tender files
• Request and expedite the required data from Engineering and other related department
• Coordinate with Engineering to prepare technical specification to be issued with RFQ to vendor / sub contractor
• Check all tender submissions, documentation for accuracy with clients requirements.
• Determine of deviation and listed in the tender / proposal
• Ensure bid bonds are prepared in time
• Check, review estimate and summarize base cost

Qualification:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 10 yr experiences in handling proposal and tender for oil & gas industry
• Good knowledge in estimation, procurement, fabrication, and construction process.
• Excellent in English
