Responsibilities:

• The jobholder will identify sales opportunities, acquire potential business from the customers, maintain and deepen customer relationship by providing excel in customer service to achieve the company’s objectivities of growth and profitability

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
• Having at least 1 (one) year experience as Personal Banker or Marketing Funding
• Strong business driven
• Excellent selling and networking skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide superior service quality to customers by ensuring smooth operations teller transaction at the branch by processing customer transaction in teller area in an effective, innovative, and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Having experience at least 1 (one) year as Teller in banking industry
• Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
• Demonstrate high service orientation

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university, preferably with major in Information Technology or Business is preferred
• Minimum 6 years experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in Banking Industry
• Having deep skills and experience in Data warehouse / Business Intelligence
• Having experience in implementing Treasury system and Core Banking system is a plus
• Highly proactive and self motivated as well as able to work in a team
• Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear way

Responsibilities:

• Take active role in product and promo setup, launch, and maintenance.
• Responsible for the training of new products, promo, features or system related to the Investment products.
• Responsible in maintaining a high level of service to the frontliners & in helping the branches in answering the customer inquiries and complaints regarding Investment products
• Responsible for the distribution of product information and updates to branches periodically and controlling marketing materials (such as fees and charges, brochures, flyers) in all branches.
• Responsible to provide and maintain sales report of Investment products.
• Responsible in maintaining good relationship with all related business partners.
• Responsible in ensuring that all process is well documented and comply with Commonwealth policy and procedures.
• Take a proactive approach in solving problem or challenges and providing initiatives to improve current business processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable University
• 1 – 3 years experience in Investment products is preferably
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills
• Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
• PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
