• Good knowledge of mine design, mine planning, and scheduling
• Scheduling plans for heavy equipment use, personnel hours, supplies and production.
• Ensure safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface operations.
• Handle The equipment involved in mining is according to safety regulations and in good working condition.

Minimum Requirements:

• STM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Mine Engineering.
• Ready to work in a remote area.
• Experience of working in the coal field for a minimum of 2 years for junior position and 5 years for senior position.

Job Description

• Creating mining equipment and techniques that are as friendly to the environment as possible
• Develop and design new mining equipment and make sure that the mining procedures used are safe and efficient.

Minimum Requirements:

• STM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer.
• Ready to work in a remote area.
• Experience of working in the coal field for a minimum of 2 years for junior position and 5 years for senior position.
• Experienced in making roads, buildings, and ports in coal mining
• Analytical thinking, pro-active, Supportive and self motivated
• Having strong presentation and communication skills for senior position

Job Description:

• Provide efficient and practical surveying for the control, modelling, mapping, and modeling of the mine
• Contribute to planning by working with surveyors and engineers to organise and complete field surveys

• STM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Geodetics.
• Ready to work in a remote area.

Job Description:

• Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops.
• Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data.
• Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs.
• Lead and monitor a team of Exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling.
• Able to use AutoCAD for mapping and reserve estimation.
• Coordinate with Mining Department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings.
• Coordinate with Humas Department, regarding marking of land of different owners.
• Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey.

Job Description:

• Prepare logistics and support plans, deployment timelines and budget requirements for planned or new operations
• Develop logistical plans for existing operations
• Develop logistics contingency plans
• Ensure timely, accountable and cost-effective delivery of peacekeeping cargos and personnel
• Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, finance, humanitarian affairs and other substantive units

• Vocational High School/Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Management.

• Preparing Fund request (weekly)
• Entries daily transaction into system
• Ensure all the financial transaction documents, have a complete attachment

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Economy.
• Have knowledge of how to prepare financial statements. ie: balance sheets, income statements etc.
• Ready to work in a remote area.
• Experience of working in the coal field for a minimum of 2 years for junior position and 5 years for senior position.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize and develop recruitment & selection.
• Supervise the implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures
• Liaise with government institutions to ensure company compliance with applicable Government Regulations.
• Manage Industrial Relation issues in all work locations/Plants.
• Manage personnel matters ie. employment agreement, HRIS, performance appraisal, jamsostek, medical insurance, payroll/overtime, absenteeism etc
• Manage General Affairs matters ie. office supplies, security, licenses etc Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Psychological/Law/Management.
• Ready to work in a remote area.
• Experience of working in the coal field for a minimum of 1 years for junior position and 3 years for senior position.
