We are currently taking applicants for the following position:


Requirements :

• Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade Qualification with 3-5 years experience as a supervisor in similar heavy engineering role.
• Familiar with engineering support on plant and equipment to ensuring the systems are being used correctly and continually in the line with word and industry best practice.

Requirements :

• Minimum Mechanical with 10 year experiences in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry, planning of mechanical repair.
• Have previously worked to budgets.
• Should have knowledge of welding procedures; and familiar with mining heavy equipment (Dump Truck, Excavator, Grader, Dozer).
• Understand people management; has strong leadership, organize and provide direction to employees good communication skill; interpersonal skill; be able to interact & adapt with others departments, able communicate in English and computer literacy.

Requirements :

• Mechanical Engineering and post graduate from overseas preferred.
• Have minimum 10 (ten) years experiences in similar heavy engineering role.
• Have good understanding of financial principles, familiar with engineering support on plant and equipment to ensuring the systems are being used correctly and continually in the line with word and industry best practice.

General Qualification:

• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative and team player.
• Good skill in computer.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.

Requirements :

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Thiess apprentice graduated with engineering maintenance management qualification with 5 year experiences at similar role.
• Experience in review and develop equipment life cycle strategies and cost forecast to ensure maintenance requirement.
• Familiar to evaluate and manage risk factor involved with maintenance strategies; analyze/review current and past component performance and cost data, compare against plan, quantity and recommend changes base on project and business requirement/direction.
• You should have extensive planning; exposure to maintenance management tasks and experience with component performance and cost analysis.
• Have understanding of heavy equipment; have knowledge in maintenance management philosophies, method and principles; familiar with ERP and condition monitoring techniques and data.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in mine engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department.
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modeling and mine planning (Mincom, Xpac, Talpac) and other general office software (Microsoft); good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts and mining methods; an awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in mine engineering.
• Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in large open cut mining and mine engineering,.
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department.
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modeling and mine planning (Mincom) and other general office software (Microsoft); mining Principles, Mine design concepts and mining methods.

Requirements :

• Recognized Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• 5 years experiences as supervisor site maintenance & planning experiences.
• Familiar with component cost/budged analysis.
• Strong leadership skill; performance driven with capability of managing relationship and develop others.
• Equipment maintenance background; method, principles and technique used in preventive maintenance.

Requirements :

• Minimum a Senior High School, Diploma, Mechanical or Industrial Degree with 5 year experiences as Supervisor Mechanic for Heavy Equipment.
• Familiar to rebuild major components/engineering subassemblies listed in the TCI Component Rebuild Program
• Familiar to reassemble and test engineering subassemblies prior to fitting to equipment; repair activities conducted in a timely fashion (zero non-productive hours worked).
• Familiar to supply an "Inspection Report" on all equipment repairs prior to ordering new parts or component.
• Strong in leadership skill.

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior high school or recognized Industry Trade qualifications equivalent to 85 points under the Australian National Metals & Engineering Industry competency standards.
• 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in rebuild major components, reassemble and test engineering sub-assemblies prior to fitting to equipment.

General Qualification:

• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal & good moral character.
• Will be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
