Recruitment Officer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain & Develop recruitment materials.
  • Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
  • Search workforce market and identify suitable recruitment channel for company.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
  • Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
  • Designs recruitment advertisements.
  • Doing Selection Process: screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads, meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs, obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates, test & interview candidates, forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements; Maintain manpower records and files.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
  • Min.1 year experience in same position.
  • Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
  • A confident and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good in managing work and administrative skills.

  • Coaching & Mentoring Sharia Sales Team.

  • Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential Sharia Business clients.
  • Perform planning and accountability costs.
  • Provide monthly report of sales activities to the Group Head of Sharia.
  • Responsible for Sharia Market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in managing All LoB Claims (General Insurance).
  • Ensuring claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure.
  • To ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims.
  • To liaise with other insurance, reinsurance, loss adjusters, agents, brokers and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.
  • To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum University Graduates preferably from Master Degree from any discipline;
  • Minimum experience 7 years handling claim MV and Non-MV;
  • Minimum experience 5 years in the same positions or in managerial level;

Customer Service Group Head
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Head Office

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to gather national customer intelligence, using a range of sources, to analyze the customer experience, understand what customers value, and where they believe the system fails them, so that remedial action and improvements to current processes and customer contact can be considered.
  • Advise jurisdictional policy teams on critical customer service aspects of new initiatives and/or policy changes and act as the customer voice/champion on change initiatives, using evidence from existing and commissioned materials.
  • Develop methods to extract targeted depth analysis of the customer experience that test levels of service and user satisfaction focusing on specific areas where learning is valuable to future business development.
  • Build Lean capability within team and work in partnership with Lean colleagues on embedding customer understanding to tackle problems and reduce failure demand.
  • Feed customer understanding back to customer communications to ensure appropriate and clear customer information.
  • Managing the successful acquisition of new clients and servicing existing client's needs at midterm and renewal.
  • Maintain a high quality service and provide solutions to meet individual demands and needs.
  • Establish and develop relationships with Marketing and Underwriters in order to successfully develop the business and maintain client relationships to increase retention at renewal.
  • Deal with complex customer requirements or issues that have caused customer dissatisfaction and resolve in a fair and equitable way which promotes the professionalism of BINTANG customer service.

  • Examine documents to determine degree of risk from such factors as applicant financial standing and value and condition of property.
  • Able to determine risk classification based on product guidelines and standard/sub-standard risks and eligibility.
  • Evaluate possibility of losses due to catastrophe or excessive insurance.
  • Review company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.
  • Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.
