• Responsible for directing and coordinating the manufacturing activities in compliance with required output and quality standards.
• Responsible day to day activities in maintenance, utility, workshop & project improvement areas.
• Responsible for TPM,  implementation down time, MTBF/MTTR report as well as budget expenses & cost efficiency controls
• Equipment Supporting and Building and Utilities maintenance
• Purchase all spare part
• Responsible for directing and coordinating the manufacturing activities in compliance with required output and quality standards.
• To ensure that products is manufactured to customer contractual and due date requirements and in accordance with Customer's or Company standards (whichever may be the most demanding) at minimum incurred cost.

• Male,  min.  33 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
• Experience min. 5 years in the same position or junior manager /dept Head  in industrial, manufacturing , packaging , cable or warring cable is advantage 
• Having knowledge and familiar  HSE
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Advanced  computer skill
• Good communication skill and mature
• Detail oriented, independent, drive for excellent result and have a good skill of leadership
• Location, Cikarang, Bekasi, Cikampek
