Deskripsi Kerja :   

• Responsible for seek new customer and maintain existing customers portfolio to increase the profit and reduce the loss
• Create, develop, arrange and deliver corporate new account
• Identify, evaluate and develop market review for customers
• Analyze current business position and identifying external drivers and trends
• Responsible for conducting market research, maintain up-to-date knowledge of market information
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Business Development Manager of any problems that may arise
• Ensures quantity and quality of team meet the criteria
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  

Persyaratan :

• Male /female
• Graduated min High School
• Good communication skill and hard worker
• Highly driven to work independently or as a team
• A good team player, spirit to work towards a commons goal with motivational leadership. Excellent negotiations and communications skills with the credibility to interact in order to built and to maintain good relationship & networking with both internal & external party
• Proven track records in sales division and leadership, preferably with good knowledge of finance/banking industry,multi level marketing
• Ability to recruit team
