MZ Nickel Internationalis an integrated nickel resources company, engaging in nickel mining, ore trading, smelting and sales of nickel pig iron business. We currently are developing mines nickel mines in Sulawesi and Papua, Indonesia with total mining area over 17,500 Ha, operating smelting facility of 50,000 tpa nickel pig iron production capacity in China, and in process of acquiring a few new mines and building up a integrated smelting operation of over 100,000 tpa nickel pig iron production capacity in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers/guests/ visitors and inform the receiving department to meet the customers/visitors/guests in a timely manner.
- Estimate waiting times, encouraging visitors/guests/customers to wait or return as appropriate.
- Answer telephone calls or manage the switchboard (in some countries).
- Take down messages and ensure the messages are forwarded to the respective receiving office(s).
- Keep the reception area, desk, product shelves and etc clean.
- Assist in directing the customers/guests/visitors to the receiving departments/officer(s).
- Assist in updating internal phone directory (in some countries).
- Process admission passes to visitors/guests/customers (in some countries).
- Manage booking of meeting rooms (in some countries)
Requirements:

- Handle the sourcing, procurement, and purchasing activities.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation and management of project controls functions.
- Accountable for reliability and suitability of project controls support to projects and operations.
- Responsible for ongoing review and improvement of project controls functions.
- Ensure compliance with the Company s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules.
- Collaborate with the Financial Administrators on the monthly reconciliation of billed/unbilled vs. revenue activity to include researching unexplained reconciling items.
- Coordinate with the Financial Administrators to ensure project invoices are accurately prepared and timely submitted, reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Requirements:
