Qualification & Experience:

• Having 5 years experience in tanker as master/senior officer/ship master, or 3 years  as AHTS/Offshore Vessel
• Experience in offshore activities is preferable
• Min. Diploma Degree in Marine/Shippinh with ANT-I/II/III
• Good command in English; both speaking & written
• Proficient computer literacy (related application/software)
• Supervisory & Management Skill
• Structural competencies: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Information Seeking, Active Learning

Summary Responsibilities :

• Under Sub-Department Filed Operation-Marine & Terminal
• Responsible for ensuring that the whole cargo operations are carried out with minimal environmental impact in accordance with legislation and Safety Management System
• Will be place on Field Offshore with schedule of work 2-2
• Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Qualification & Experience:

• Having 5 years experienced at Oil & Gas Industry
• Bachelor of Public Health, or Bachelor of Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Bachelor/Diploma 4 of Occupational Health & Safety
• Technical compentencies: Facilities & Equipment Inspection, Rigging Safety (Lifting operation), Basic Life Support, Fire Fighting, Accident Investigation, Good leadership

Summary Responsibilities :

• Conduct inspection to all facilities and equipment at PHE WMO work premises and ensure all activities conducted in safely manner through various work program (document review, risk assessment, training monitoring, and closed supervision)
• Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)
