Tujuan utama PT Limabelas adalah menindaklanjuti order-order yang dikirim dari kantor pusat di Prancis dan mengikuti proses produksi yang dikerjakan di berbagai supplier di Indonesia. QC bekerja di bawah manajemen dan harus mengawasi kualitas harian setiap pesanan dan ikut memuat kontainer dari pemasok gudang .QC harus mampu untuk melaporkan dan mengikuti perintah sesuai dengan standar kualitas dan meningkatkan tingkat kualitas . QC harus mencapai misi teknis yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan perusahaan .
Quality Controller
Misi Utama :
- Mempersiapkan kegiatan pengontrolan kualitas di tempat produksi supplier
- Memastikan kualitas barang layak export sebelum stuffing / sebelum dimasukkan di dalam kontainer.
- Mengirimkan laporan ke Manager
- Mengikuti order yang berjalan di supplier dengan baik dan benar
- Memahami prosedur kualitas barang dan produk katalog online
- Dapat melaksanakan semua misi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional dan tehnikal QC
Persyaratan :
- Sarjana dari universitas bereputasi baik
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang furniture di Indonesia
- Berpengalaman dalam mencari solusi permasalahan, matang, mandiri, dan perhatian terhadap hal detil

Garment Technician / QA Technical
Job Description :
- Analyze buyer's tech pack for all technical related specification on measurements, grading, construction, technical trimming, etc,.
- Advise on construction methods (patterns, fittings) to ensure the best quality of garments with the assigned fabrics.
- Communicate directly with buyers and vendors to ensure the samples are received according to spec, fit and correct construction.
- Provide clear solutions to fitting issues (how the patterns need to be adjusted)
- Plan sample execution method and provide the process control details to the factory’s sample department with adequate construction/ workmanship guidelines.
- Conduct pre-sampling process meeting with the factory’s sample department.
- Support and supervise sample making process in the factory during the sewing.
- Work with the factory’s production department parallel to create feasible & efficient construction method for bulk production.
- Equally responsible for the sample quality as per buyer’s quality excellence standard.
Skills and Requirements :
- 3 - 5 years in a similar role with the background of working in sample room and pattern departments.
- Pattern making experience will be an added advantage.
- Should possess a good knowledge about grading, shrinkage details.
- Experience in outerwear sewing technique is a must.
- Good communication (should be able to explain technical related matters in a simple way) and interpersonal skills

Instrument Engineer (Indonesian National)
Education:
- University degree or equivalent in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- A minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry, as instrument and controls discipline with the instrument and control system design, construction and start-up of LNG plants as a minimum including ideally offshore oil and gas production platforms and facilities.
- Extensive experience in FEED & EPC engineering activities related to Instrumentation & Control system design of LNG/Offshore Oil and Gas production platforms and facilities.
- Proficient knowledge and working experiences of instrument and control system design involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail engineering and design through to construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning, project management and QC controls and procedures relating to instrumentation and control engineering.
- Knowledge and working experience of control and safety system design including instrument engineering (including flow metering & analyzer system) process control and safety instrumented system (ICCS), Fire and Gas system, HIPPS system, Package system and Asset Management system.
- Knowledge and experience with instrument and control design software.
- Familiarity with the related standards and codes.
Package Engineer (Indonesian National)
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years in Package Equipment design for Oil and Gas industry plant projects, particularly LNG.
Responsibilities:
To provide technical evaluation and design review for Package Equipment in the Topside development.
1. Package Equipment Design
- Review Contractor s design and performance analysis for package equipment and make recommendations to Sr. Package Engineer.
- Endure floating life cycle considerations are taken into account.
- Co-ordinate footprints with structural engineering.
- Ensure that ancillary components are included in equipment design.
- Conduct material Compatibility assessment for rotating equipments with Material Specialist.
- Inform main decisions and changes in design of Package Equipment to Sr. Package Equipment Engineer.
2. Technical Assurance and Integrity
- Verify the technical integrity of critical package equipment design aspect, considering floating lifecycle issues.
- Review design calculation as required.
- Conduct performance and reliability assessment (i.e. shaft stress analysis) for proposed package equipments; identify means to improve performance and reliability (i.e. bearing type) if possible.
- Work with the Pre-Production Operation & Maintenance Group in the development of operation and maintenance philosophies, operating procedures and integrity management plans for package equipments.
3. Planning, Cost and Risk Management
- Request and review that detail cost estimation and schedule provided by Contractor.
- Identify long-lead items and ensure that purchase orders for these items are scheduled in due time to minimize delays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers/guests/ visitors and inform the receiving department to meet the customers/visitors/guests in a timely manner.
